  Absolutely ridiculous. They can't even prepare a letter for a week and 4 days later. I will expect an apology for the delay in the paid letter when I do collect it on Monday as I have already told the expectant party they would have it. This makes a c**t out of me as it looks like I can't keep my word. It's a copy and paste job and a few name changes. A 5 year old could do it as it take two minutes maximum. They have given me a pamphlet of my symptoms on occasion - yes I went in with those - and it stated to see your doctor if it persists. It had persisted for over a year at that point. Moreover, what's with the reception staff thinking that they're doctors ( with the exception of one or two) I can understand why they think they're just as competent as them. They do not take the time to listen or run the appropriate tests. If they actually did their job properly the first time- I wouldn't need to keep coming back so often. There were instances where I was degraded, discriminated and humiliated. I would give no stars if I could because if that was anyone in any other job they'd not have one. I haven't quite decided whether or not to sue or whether to have another complaint, that won't get felt with seriously. Why become a doctor if you can't do it and/or don't want to help people? If it's about helping people then help. If it was for money status and power, then earn your keep.
